"Comments/Questions: I wanted to email you to let you know I appreciated the support from the Sales Rep "Allen" and the Fiannce Rep (I didn't remember her name). They both worked very late to ensure I walked out of there that night with a bike. I know they had families waiting for them and I wanted the Manager to know the sacrafice they made to ensure the sales was complete. I had purchased a bike from there a few years ago and had an issue with it. I brought it in and they couldn't fix it. I had to go to a website to get the info and repair it myself. I aslo had a neighbor who had problems with your maintenance/repair facility. I don't know how it is now compared to then, but if it is as good as your sales side, then I think it would "complete" the package. I ask that if someone could recognize those individual that help me with my sale. Thanks again.

"I am just starting out back to riding again and was about to purchase a used bike from a private dealer. Then a friend of mine contacted and told me about the sale and Dyno-Drag at HHMS was having. I called first and spoke with Josh and told him my situation and what I was looking for. Once I arrived there and ask for Josh, he should what would be the perfect starter bike for me and not spend more than what i wanted to. He didn't try to get me to upgrade, spend more, or anything like that. He really help me out and saved me money on what I had originally set aside. I've been riding now for 5 days and thankful Josh and the rest of the associates who help me at Hilton Head Motor Sports. "I contacted Hilton Head Motorsports after looking at several bikes on their site. Since i lived a couple of hours away, they invited me to get my financing online. After my financing was approved, one of the salesmen told me to come on down and he would make it worth my while. HE WAS TRUE TO HIS WORD! I came down and left with my 2006 Honda Shadow Aero 750. It is my first bike and i could not be more happy. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they could not have made it any more easy for a first time buyer. Now i know exactly where to go to get my next bike."

"I have not ridden a motorcycle in 40 years. I rode a Honda 250 in Ft. Lauderdale during Spring Break while in college.
Now that I am in a position to indulge myself after raising two kids, educating them and getting them started in life, I decided I would like to find out if I am interested in the cruiser scene or it is a passing fancy.
Chuck and his crew including Yeshi were great. I selected an older 750 V-twin at a price that would not kill me if I laid it down or decided it was not for me.
The guys had the older bike serviced, delivered it to my door as they said they would.
I recommend that if you are thinking about riding, go ahead and visit the dealership, take the jump and buy a bike.
Chuck advised if I took to it and wanted to trade up, that was always possible.
I rode the bike on Sunday for the first time. I froze but the grin did not wear off for several hours. I am nowhere ready to cruise but I did not drop it and was able to shift it well enough to go through the gears. I will take the class, learn what I am doing and then prepare to go to Bike Week.

"I contacted Hilton Head Motorsports on line about a bike that had featured on their website. I was emailed and then called by Walt the internet manager. He was really nice and invited me to stop in and check out the big selection. Walt made it so easy, he fitted me on the perfect bike and I left on a 2005 pre owned Harley Davidson. The price and payment were much better than I expected and the way I was treated by the staff was incredible. They are so nice to the customers it almost seems like they are drinking some special KoolAid. Well thanks again and buying a bike off the internet was a pleasure.

"I purchased my 2000 Honda Goldwing using Financing through Hilton Head Motorsports, George, Phillip arranged the Financing and kept me in formed by phone through the entire process. When we arrive at the Dealership Phillip was passing by the front door and stopped to great us as if he knew who we were. The battery was weak in the bike and when I was ready to leave it would not start, and I saw at least 3 Tech working to remedy the problem. The entire process was as easy as making a puchase at the local Wal-Mart. Oh and Chuck was great also"

While attending Dyno Drags weekend in March 2007 (thanks HHMS!), took advantage of special pricing on Preferred Service Plus package. I have used Service Department twice since becoming PSP customer, and Gary and his folks have truly convinced me that the PSP was worth the money. It's great to have confidence in your local dealer, and to be treated so special whenever I need their services. They say you "can't buy happiness" but the PSP program comes pretty darn close."
